How much does Refax cost me per month?
REfax costs as little as $8.25 per month for an Individual Subscription on an annual prepaid basis, plus applicable taxes. The basic Individual Subscription provides you with your own private toll-free fax number, a Monthly Page Allotment of 300 inbound or outbound fax pages to/from non-REfax users plus unlimited faxing between REfax subscribers (at no extra cost). There is an additional charge for the quantity of fax pages that exceed your Monthly Page Allotment at the rate of 7 cents per page.
Group Subscriptions are available and include: the best wholesale pricing in the industry, unlimited faxing amongst users and automatic archiving of transmitted documents up to 10 years. For further information on group subscriptions, please email refax@crc.net .

How many fax pages per month can I receive or send?
You have an unlimited number of pages you can exchange (receive and/or send) with other Refax Subscribers. In addition, you have a Monthly Page Allotment of 300 pages for sending or receiving to/from fax numbers that are not registered to the Refax system. Your allotment can be used for both received and sent pages.

Does it cost money to send or receive faxes to or from other Refax subscribers?
No, provided you are sending faxes from your registered Primary Email Account to another Refax number OR you are receiving faxes to your REfax number from another subscriber using the REfax service. These REfax pages do not count toward your Monthly Page Allotment .

The Overage Fee for fax pages sent from your REfax account is 7 cents per page.
The Overage Page Fee for fax pages received on your REfax number is 7 cents per page.

How do I know if the Refax member's fax number is a registered Refax number?
This feature is currently under development. Content will be updated when feature is available. In the meantime, ask them before you send them faxes. By making sure both of you use REfax - both of you will benefit from the REfax features and savings!

Are there long distance charges for receiving faxes from long distance numbers?
No, but incoming faxes will count towards your Monthly Page Allotment if they are not from REfax numbers and overage fees will also be applied if applicable.

Are there long distance charges for sending faxes?
No long distance charges for sending to fax #'s in continental North America and 38 other countries.
For sending to other countries there is a flat rate per page.

Do unsolicited (SPAM) faxes count towards my Monthly Page Allotment?
Yes. All faxes from non-Refax Subscribers will be counted toward the monthly allotment.

What can I do if I'm receiving too many unsolicited (SPAM) faxes?
You have several options.
- You should request the sender to quit sending you unsolicited faxes.
- You should register your Refax Brightfax # on the Canadian Government's Do Not Call Registry .
- You can report the source of the SPAM's to technical Support/ Customer Support and ask them if they can block them.
- Your final option is it to request a different iFax #.
