What do I do if I receive a lot of unsolicited faxes (SPAM)?
Notify technical support with the following information: the sending fax #, the time at which the fax was received, and the fax # that the spam fax was received on. Technical support will attempt to block the fax # that is sending the SPAM faxes.

The best protection against receiving too many SPAM faxes is to be selective with giving out your fax #. If you only give it out to business people and real estate associates, you should have little problem with SPAM faxes.

You can also register your Refax # on the Canadian Government's Do Not Call Registry .
