How do I search for a fax in the REfax Archive?
Log into the REfax Portal at http://www.refax.ca//Login.aspx and go to the Fax Archive Tab. Outbound History can be searched by any combination of keyword(s), recipient's fax number and date range. REfax outbound search capability is enhanced to provide a search field of the entire cover page. For Example, to search a property address or client name, place quotation marks around the keyword(s) and enter them in the box provided. Inbound History can be searched by sender's fax number and date range. To sort for the most recent fax at the top or oldest fax at the top, place cursor on the TIME heading and click twice to toggle chronological order.
